Snaffles - a unique place to stay

Snaffles is a unique holiday let cottage within a wing of the main house in the middle of the stable yard. You enter the cottage from the stable yard into a small hallway with room for wellies and coats. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for couples and families alike wishing to relax, unwind and enjoy the East Sussex countryside and the wealth of local attractions. Parking for up to two cars is within the gravelled stable yard.

 

The newly fitted, large farmhouse kitchen has an uninterrupted dual-aspect view over the paddocks. It is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and the table comfortably seats six.  A set of French doors lead out to the private garden. Outside, the garden has an oak table and seating for four, together with a Weber barbecue. Mature shrub and climbing roses surround the garden with a gate leading directly to the woodland walk.

 

The spacious sitting room has two three-seater sofas, woodburner, 32" Smart TV with freeview and DVD player, bluetooth speaker and wifi.  It has a light and airy feel with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the paddocks.

 

Upstairs there is a sizeable landing (with stairgate) and comfortably sleeps four in one double and one twin bedroom. The bathroom also leads off the landing, with separate shower, bath and views over the paddocks. Linen and towels are all provided.

 

Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request.
